The Story
Danny Martin is a London, Ontario storyteller — a writer of hard-won lines about love, loss, and regret, put down without polish and without apology. He'll tell you flat out he hated writing in school. But somewhere along the way, a life full of feeling needed somewhere to go, and it started landing on the page.
Before the songs, Danny spent decades as a welder and fabricator — a trade built on precision and patience that shows up in every verse he writes today. Using new technology, he now turns those pages of lyrics into fully produced songs, a second craft picked up late and built with the same care as the first.
What drives it all is simple: he wants the truth in the writing to be unmistakable. Not performance — just what's true, put to music.
